This notice supplements the general Privacy Statement and applies to California residents. Elway Powersports of Laramie adopts this to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended (CCPA), and related regulations.

The dealership collects personal information that identifies or relates to consumers, including:

- California Customer Records: financial information, health insurance details
- Commercial Information: purchase history and consumer tendencies
- Professional Information: job history and performance evaluations

We do not collect protected classifications, biometric data, geolocation, sensory data, education records, inferences, or sensitive personal information.
