Meet Ryan, our new General Manager! Ryan joined the Elway family with 15 years of powersports experience under his belt. He started as a parts counterperson and worked his way up through sales, sales and finance management, and general store management. He has an impressive 12 certifications through Harley Davidson Financial Services.

Ryan is originally from Iowa, where he grew up riding dirt bikes and racing enduro. He met his wife, Renae, through the dirt bike world and they now have four children that they're raising on two wheels. The Downings are truly a motorcycle family! The kids have a PW50 and an XR70R that they love to ride, and the whole family enjoys going on camping trips to ride together. Ryan also loves to hunt and fish, and during the summer, you'll often find him commuting to work on his Yamaha.

Matt Warner has been a vital part of the Elway Powersports family for ten years. He started at Northern Colorado Powersports in 2014, and last year he headed even further north to lend his business expertise to our dealership. As business manager, he has his hands in almost all aspects of the store, from management to finance to sales. You might recognize his partner-in-crime, Sundance, our shop dog/customer service representative!

In his free time, Matt enjoys camping and hiking with Sundance and taking his Yamaha XT 250 for trail rides with his dad and brothers. He loves all things with motors—he even still has the first car he ever bought, a 1972 Chevy Blazer!

If you have a question about powersports, Ray Stibitz has an answer. Ray is a Laramie native who has been with Elway Powersports for over a year. He is well known for his wealth of knowledge and his commitment to making sure his clients leave the dealership happy and feeling like a part of the Elway Powersports family. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer finds exactly what they need at the best price possible.

Although Ray is an expert in all things powersports, he is a snowmobile and singletrack enthusiast. On his days off, you can find him riding his dirt bike in the mountains or ripping through the snow on his Lynx snowmobile.

Laramie-native Miranda Clark has been a part of the Elway Powersports team since April of 2021. Her customer service expertise and extensive powersports knowledge are invaluable to the dealership—so much so that she works as both a Parts and Apparel Specialist and as a Service Writer.

Miranda does it all outside of the dealership, too: she rides snowmobiles, dirt bikes, and side by sides! In her free time, Miranda enjoys camping, hunting, fishing and going to concerts, but her favorite pastime is riding with her family.

Ben C. has been hard at work as our lot tech since December of 2023! Ben is responsible for ensuring that the operations of the service department run smoothly by supporting our technicians and keeping vehicles clean and prepped for our customers.

Ben rides a Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R 636, and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and dog and watching MotoAmerica and MotoGP racing. He is currently an ambassador for Bison Track LLC and hopes to one day race in MotoAmerica supersport!
